After trial approval you receive `https://your-company.petwalkly.co.uk` — staff, clients, and portal users all see your name and logo, not a generic app shell.
The setup wizard on first login walks you through scheduling mode, services, areas, branding, and optional Excel imports so you are not staring at an empty calendar.
Your own company URL
Clients and staff bookmark your subdomain — not a shared app with a tenant picker.

- Choose standard time windows, daycare sessions, boarding stays — or combine what you need
- Upload logo, set company contact details, and define service areas
- Optional Excel import for clients, visits, and boarding stays before you invite staff
- Revisit company admin later for the same import tools and deeper settings
Mailbox and outgoing email
- Connect Gmail via OAuth or enter SMTP/IMAP credentials for your business inbox
- Send invoice emails from your company address — not a generic noreply
- Customize invoice email subject and body templates in admin
- Same mailbox can power dog field booking ingest when enabled
Backup and portability
- Download a full Excel backup from admin → Import & export
- Export clients and visits in the same template format you imported with
- Useful when auditing data, moving systems, or keeping an offline copy
