PetWalkly ("we", "us") provides dog walking and pet sitting software for businesses. This policy describes how we collect and use personal information when you visit our marketing site or sign up for our service.
Information we collect
- Contact and company details you provide on signup forms (name, email, company)
- Usage data on this website (cookies, analytics if enabled)
- Billing information processed by Stripe for paid subscriptions
How we use information
- To set up and operate your company account
- To send transactional email (trial status, billing, reminders)
- To improve our product and support
Signup and reminder emails
If you partially complete the signup form (email plus company or plan) but do not submit, we save a draft lead and may send one reminder email within about 24 hours with a pre-filled signup link. If you start paid checkout but do not complete Stripe payment, we may send one checkout reminder email. You can opt out by not providing an email or by completing signup so the draft is marked converted.
Analytics and cookies
If enabled, we use privacy-friendly analytics (e.g. Plausible) after you accept the cookie banner. Analytics does not use cross-site advertising trackers.
Retention
We retain account data while your subscription is active and as required for legal and billing purposes. Incomplete signup leads may receive reminder emails and are deleted or anonymized according to our internal retention policy.
